Thanks for your interest in our Holiday Camp, this explains everything in detail but if there is something that I have not covered please feel free to give me a call. It would be worthwhile taking a day trip to have a look at the facilities but please give me a ring to make sure the venue is empty.
Our camp is offered on a self catered basis, price structure is as follows:-
- 30 persons @ $50.00 per person, per night
- Once 30 paying guests at $50.00 has been reached then children are $15.00 each
Visitors $7.00 (Departure by 11pm)
Once you have reached your minimum of 30 persons at $30.00 then your children are charged at $15.00 each and the ones under 4 are free.
Minimum 2 nights on a weekend, 3 nights on long weekends, Labour Day, Queens Birthday & Cup Weekend. Easter/Xmas is 4 nights. For catered camps the numbers you advise 1 week prior to your event is what will be charged for.
Kids can bring their own push bikes and helmets.
There is an open fire in the lounge, perfect to relax in front of.
Outside there is a place for a campfire, sitting around toasting marshmallows, or just listening to music and talking. (Of course subject to fire restrictions) Not permitted from December through to March, but a drum maybe organized if notified in advance. We supply wood for inside fire only.
There are no dogs allowed.
It is expected that the building and its contents will be treated with respect. Breakages/damages will be charges for. Please ensure last days duties are carried out and that the building is left clean and tidy.
All noise to cease by midnight, no exceptions.
